By accessing or using BankRegReports ("the Service"), operated by BankRegReports LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
BankRegReports provides a web-based platform for accessing, visualizing, and analyzing publicly available bank regulatory data, including FFIEC call report filings and UBPR data. The data presented on our platform is derived from public sources and is provided for informational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage; (d) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
While we strive to present accurate data, BankRegReports does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. All data is sourced from publicly available regulatory filings. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice. You should independently verify any data before making financial decisions.
The Service, including its design, features, and proprietary analytics, is owned by BankRegReports LLC. The underlying regulatory data is public domain. You retain ownership of any reports or exports you generate using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankRegReports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
