About this dataset

10-K/Q Filing Narratives is a Free dataset in the SEC Data group of the BankRegReports Data API. The response carries 11 documented fields, sourced from SEC EDGAR 10-K / 10-Q.

Per-filing 10-K/Q narrative text blobs (MD&A / risk factors) for one bank.

Large free text: capped to 50 rows and each body truncated server-side; `body_truncated` flags a cut and `body_chars` is the original length.
