Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through BankRegReports (bankregreports.com), operated by BankRegReports LLC ("BankRegReports," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By purchasing or subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

1. Summary

BankRegReports sells access to digital analytics, data, software, and related online services. Your first purchase of a paid plan can be refunded in full within 14 days (Section 2). After that window, and for renewals and later purchases, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable. Except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law and cannot be waived, we do not offer returns, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks on any other purchase once payment has been processed.

You can cancel at any time. Open Account, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. If you cancel during a free trial, your Pro access ends immediately and you are not charged. If you cancel after paying, your Pro access continues to the end of the period you paid for. (Sections 5 and 6).

2. 14-Day Refund on a First Purchase

If this is your first purchase of a paid BankRegReports plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Email billing@bankregreports.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you want refunded. We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe, and it may take several business days to appear. When a refund is issued, paid access ends.

This window applies once per customer, to the first purchase only. Renewals, upgrades and later purchases follow the rest of this policy.

3. Digital Services & Immediate Access

Our products are digital services delivered and made available to you immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted right away, your purchase is consumed at the point of sale. Where permitted by law, you expressly consent to immediate performance and delivery of the service and acknowledge that this is the reason fees are non-refundable after the 14-day first-purchase window.

4. No Refunds After the First-Purchase Window

Outside the 14-day first-purchase refund in Section 2, fees are non-refundable in all of the following circumstances:

• Change of mind, or no longer needing or wanting the service
• Dissatisfaction with features, data coverage, methodology, or analytical outputs
• Failure to use, or under-use, of the service during a paid period
• Forgetting to cancel before a subscription automatically renewed
• Partial or unused portions of any monthly or annual billing period
• Account suspension or termination resulting from your violation of our Terms of Service
• One-time purchases, data exports, reports, or add-on services
• Downgrading a plan, where the lower tier costs less than the amount already paid

5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time. In your account, open Account, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You can also email billing@bankregreports.com.

When you cancel after paying, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. If you cancel during a free trial, your Pro access ends immediately and you are not charged (Section 6). Cancellation stops future charges. It does not generate a refund for the current billing period or any prior period, except for a first purchase cancelled within the 14-day window in Section 2.

6. Free Trials & Promotions

When a free trial of Pro is offered, its length is stated on the pricing page and at checkout before you start it. A card is required to start a free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate. If you cancel during the trial, your Pro access ends immediately and you are not charged. The first charge after a free trial is not covered. The 14-day refund in Section 2 applies to a first paid purchase made without a trial. Later charges follow the rest of this policy. Other promotional periods follow the terms stated when they are offered.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first at billing@bankregreports.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it promptly.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute on a valid charge, rather than cancelling through the proper channels, is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to: (a) treat such a dispute as a breach of contract; (b) immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service; (c) submit evidence of your acceptance of this policy and your use of the Service to contest the dispute; and (d) recover the disputed amount, any associated fees, and reasonable costs of collection.

8. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

This policy does not apply to verified duplicate charges or charges resulting from a technical or billing error on our part. If you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged in error, contact us at billing@bankregreports.com and we will correct the verified error.

9. Discretionary Exceptions

Any refund or credit we may choose to issue is granted entirely at our sole discretion, as a one-time accommodation, and does not waive this policy or create any obligation, course of dealing, or precedent for future requests. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any refund or cancellation right that applies to you and cannot lawfully be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, this policy operates to the fullest extent permitted by that law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.
