8-K Narrative Body

About this dataset

8-K Narrative Body is a Free dataset in the SEC Data group of the BankRegReports Data API. The response carries 8 documented fields, sourced from SEC EDGAR 8-K.

Item-by-item narrative bodies for one 8-K filing.

Returns one row per parsed Item N section (a single filing typically has 1–3). Responses are cached for up to 24 hours.

When to use it

8-K Narrative Body sits in the SEC Data group of the Data API. Access and authentication

This dataset is in the Free tier. Send your API token in the Authorization header as a Bearer token, using a GET request to the endpoint above. The Free plan is the first plan that includes it.
