SEC Peer Group
FreeSEC-derived peer-group assignment for this bank's registrant(s) - SIC industry, asset tier, exchange listing, and latest reported total assets.
About this dataset
SEC Peer Group is a Free dataset in the SEC Data group of the BankRegReports Data API. The response carries 9 documented fields, sourced from SEC EDGAR (company facts + SIC).
SEC peer-group assignment(s) for this bank's registrant(s).
Filtered by `filer_rssd_id` (the SEC-filing parent BHC). One row per registrant CIK: SIC industry, asset tier, exchange listing, and the registrant's latest reported total assets. A bank-level RSSD that never registered with the SEC returns an empty list.
