Definition
Includes the amount of securities borrowed against collateral (other than cash), or on an uncollateralized basis, for such purposes as a pledge against deposit liabilities or delivery against short sales. Also includes borrowed securities that are fully collateralized by similar securities of equivalent value at market value at the time they were borrowed, and other borrowed securities at market value as of the report date.
